Finance Business Partner

About the role

As a Finance Business Partner within ANZ’s Group Operations, you will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in delivering divisional performance insights, forecasting and target setting. Based in Suva, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate financial data into strategic decisions that drive value across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse divisional financial performance, produce forecasts, and monitor productivity targets.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards for FP&A best practices.
• Interpret financial results, market trends and business drivers to influence decision‑making.
• Identify performance issues and emerging trends, providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead month‑end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, compliance with regulatory and taxation requirements, and successful audit outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
• Significant experience in finance and analytical roles.
• Strong commercial acumen and business knowledge.
• Proven stakeholder management with effective communication and influencing skills.
