Finance Business Partner – eCommerce

About the role

The Finance Business Partner – eCommerce will sit at the intersection of finance and fast‑moving online retail, translating commercial data into actionable insights for senior leaders. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will support strategic decisions that drive growth, protect margins and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of eCommerce, Finance and Marketing to provide commercial insight and recommendations.
• Analyse online sales, margin, customer and fulfilment data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for the eCommerce business.
• Apply rigorous governance to marketing and media spend, from planning through to post‑campaign assessment.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend spend adjustments without compromising revenue or customer experience.

Required profile

• Qualified CA, CPA or equivalent; experience in retail, FMCG or eCommerce finance is highly regarded.
• Proven finance business partnering experience with a solid understanding of online sales, margins and fulfilment processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and assess campaign ROI.
