About the role
We are looking for casual Field Merchandisers to join our team in the Sydney area. You will travel to multiple 7‑Eleven stores across New South Wales, supporting visual merchandising standards and store activation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to setting and maintaining visual merchandising standards in stores.
- Implement changes to store floorplan layouts and POS elements.
- Track and report project progress, escalating issues when needed.
- Ensure corporate obligations for store appearance, signage, and key business initiatives are met on time.
Required profile
- Retail merchandising or customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and work as a team player.
