About the role
Join the Miranda Nespresso boutique as a Festive Casual Sales Assistant and help create memorable customer moments during the busiest season. This temporary, seasonal role runs from November 2026 to January 2027, with shifts across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver warm, premium customer service to boutique visitors.
- Assist customers in selecting coffees, machines and gift items.
- Share product knowledge confidently and answer queries.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual standards and cleanliness.
- Support teammates in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
Required profile
- Available to work from November 2026 through January 2027, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service.
- Warm, engaging approach with customers.
- Reliability, flexibility and positive team energy.
