About the role
Greencross Vets Sandringham is seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join a supportive, community‑focused clinic. You will work closely with veterinarians and fellow nurses to deliver high‑quality animal care and a positive client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Client communication and front‑of‑house support
- Assist with consultations, blood collection, IV catheter placement and diagnostic testing
- Monitor anaesthetics and assist in surgery
- Provide inpatient care, treatment and maintain clinic cleanliness
- Support general nursing and administrative duties
Required profile
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- 2–3 years of clinical experience
- Confident in both medical and surgical nursing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive, reliable approach and teamwork orientation
