About the role
A rare opportunity exists for a proactive Executive Assistant to support two dynamic founders of a fast‑growing, creative‑led business in the events and experiences sector. You will act as the right hand, managing both business and personal matters to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Intensive inbox and email management, including drafting, triaging, and timely responses
- Complex calendar management and meeting coordination
- Gatekeeping and liaison between founders and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinating travel, appointments, and logistics
- Providing ad‑hoc personal support to the founders
- Preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents
- Assisting with projects and ensuring follow‑through on key initiatives
- Supporting elements of event planning and execution
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or founders in a fast‑paced environment
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities
- Strong written communication, especially email drafting
- High initiative with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Absolute discretion and professionalism
