Executive Assistant

About the role
Provide confidential executive support to senior leaders at a busy correctional facility, managing information, meetings and daily office priorities to keep important work organised and moving.
Key responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, records, diaries and email for the General Manager and executive team.
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, take minutes and track follow‑up actions.
- Support monthly reporting, research, data collection and other team tasks.
- Provide responsive administrative support across the Performance and Planning team.
Required profile
- Experience providing senior‑level executive and confidential administrative support, preferably in a correctional setting.
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities and work across different teams.
- Clear communication, sound judgement and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Experience using departmental systems such as PIMS and TRIM.
