Event Sales Executive

About the role

Infopro Digital is seeking an ambitious Event Sales Executive to drive the commercial success of AUSREiiF, a flagship real‑estate and infrastructure forum in Australia. Reporting to the Head of Events – Australia, you will build the sponsorship and exhibition pipeline, develop strategic partnerships and support the growth of the event through 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries from prospective sponsors, exhibitors and partners and respond promptly.
• Identify and prospect new sponsors and commercial partners via email, phone and LinkedIn outreach.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close agreements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in HubSpot, tracking activity, value and conversion rates.
• Provide regular reporting to the Head of Australia and help develop strategies to fill pipeline gaps.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills, comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter who is proactive, resilient and adaptable in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Positive, energetic and able to collaborate across sales, marketing and operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
