Business Development Executive

About the role

Infopro Digital is seeking a Business Development Executive to help build the commercial ecosystem for AUSREiiF 2027. Reporting to the Head of Events – Australia, you will work closely with senior leaders to identify prospects, develop opportunities and convert leads into sponsorship and exhibition sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries from prospective sponsors, exhibitors and partners and respond promptly and professionally.
• Proactively identify and contact potential sponsors, exhibitors and commercial partners through email, telephone and LinkedIn outreach.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close agreements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in HubSpot, track activity and provide regular reporting to the Head of Australia.
• Represent AUSREiiF at industry events, build relationships with senior stakeholders and share market intelligence with the team.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business development or commercial experience, preferably in events, sponsorship or related sectors.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets and strong prospecting and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident engaging senior decision‑makers such as CEOs, government leaders and investors.
• Self‑starter with resilience, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills, specifically HubSpot.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and proposal development abilities.
