Entry Level Risk Analyst – Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

PKF is seeking an entry‑level Risk Analyst to join its Governance, Risk and Compliance team in Sydney. You will support blue‑chip clients with complex wage, industrial, workplace and culture obligations, gaining exposure to internal audit, fraud investigations and modern slavery reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants on governance and risk assignments for national and international corporations.
• Conduct internal audit projects, regulatory investigations and modern slavery reviews.
• Analyse data to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, commerce, economics, law or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data‑analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
