Associate Territory Manager - Joint Replacement

About the role

Join Stryker’s Joint Replacement team in Perth as an Associate Territory Manager. This hybrid role combines technical learning with hands‑on support for surgeons using advanced technologies such as Mako robotic‑assisted surgery.

Key responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures.
• Learn and promote advanced technologies, including Mako robotic‑assisted surgery.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to plan and execute territory strategies.
• Contribute to account planning and track performance against goals.
• Prepare for cases, manage instruments and ensure accurate set logistics.

Required profile

• Technically minded with the ability to learn complex systems quickly.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Experience creating, planning and executing structured plans.
• Motivated by progress and results, with strong rapport‑building skills.
• Background in engineering, biomedical science, technology, healthcare or sales is highly regarded.
