Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Knightcorp, a specialist business insurance brokerage, is looking for an Account Manager in its Enterprise team. You will manage a portfolio of complex, top-tier clients, working with Account Directors, specialist colleagues, insurers and underwriters on renewals, program execution and ongoing client service. The role suits someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving and delivering high-quality advice in a fast-paced, modern insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of an Enterprise client portfolio, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes
• Lead renewal execution, including timelines, documentation and insurer engagement
• Coordinate complex placements, insurer negotiations and program design execution
• Identify risk exposures, gaps in cover and areas for improvement across client programs
• Prepare accurate, structured and defensible client documentation, advice and renewal materials
• Support Account Directors by turning strategy into technical delivery and client outcomes
• Maintain strong system discipline, compliance standards and audit-ready records
• Build strong operational relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in insurance broking, ideally in corporate or enterprise servicing
• Strong understanding of insurance markets, risk and program design
• Experience managing complex renewals and client portfolios
• Tier 1 qualification
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a commercial mindset
• Strong technical capability, attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation
