Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join Data#3’s high‑performing Software Licensing team in a permanent, flexible‑working role. You will deliver quality customer service that exceeds expectations and helps build long‑term strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer requests for software renewals, new licensing quotes and purchase order processing.
• Respond to inbound communications, handle quoting, order management and issue resolution via shared inbox and ticketing systems.
• Liaise with internal Account Managers and external partner vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify upsell opportunities, leverage vendor promotions and contribute to sales productivity.
• Maintain accurate data, prepare transaction reports and build trust‑based relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume customer service, sales support or licensing role within the IT industry.
• Strong communication skills, proactive service orientation and ability to negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Team‑focused approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
