Distribution Manager – Private Credit

About the role

This hands‑on capital‑raising position focuses on attracting and retaining wholesale capital for a fast‑growing Australian private credit manager. You will work directly with senior leadership, engage investors, and support the deployment of construction finance, commercial mortgages and other asset‑backed lending strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals and adviser networks.
• Originate capital into private credit and alternative investment strategies.
• Lead investor engagement, including meetings, presentations and due‑diligence coordination.
• Support onboarding of new investors and manage ongoing capital commitments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on fundraising strategy and pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and investor reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in private credit, alternatives, fixed income or funds distribution.
• Proven track record raising capital from wholesale or sophisticated investor channels.
• Established network across private‑wealth advisers, family offices or HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong understanding of private‑market credit structures.
• Commercially driven, relationship‑focused and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with adviser platforms such as Hub24.
• Experience with adviser platforms such as Mason Stevens.
