Distribution Manager – ANZ

About the role

Cohesity is seeking a Distribution Manager for the ANZ region to lead and enable channel partners within its ecosystem. You will drive partner‑led bookings, expand the partner base, and help achieve ambitious growth targets through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with partners to drive bookings and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Identify, recruit and develop new partners to expand sales and service capabilities.
• Forecast partner pipeline conversion in coordination with sales teams.
• Develop and lead a sales strategy and business plan for assigned partner/distribution accounts.
• Enable partner sales and technical teams in line with GTM plans and program requirements.
• Track partner performance against plan and create action plans to close gaps.
• Develop selling and services opportunities within partner organizations, penetrating new divisions.
• Coordinate marketing activities and leverage Cohesity resources to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Proven channel management experience with strong quota achievement.
• Extensive experience growing top distribution managed partners through distributors.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams to coordinate marketing activities.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently, remotely and travel more than 50% of the time.
