Director, Partner Ecosystems (Remote)

About the role

BeyondTrust is seeking a senior leader to define and execute its APAC partner ecosystem strategy. Reporting to the Vice President, Partner Ecosystems, you will act as an executive ambassador, driving growth through a network of VARs, VADs, service delivery partners, system integrators and technology alliance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear strategic direction to a team of Partner Managers, aligning them with APAC go‑to‑market priorities.
• Coach and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and high performance.
• Design and implement a bold APAC ecosystem plan, building executive‑level relationships with key partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and enablement leaders to ensure partners have the resources and insights needed for success.
• Oversee partner enablement programs, including sales, technical and certification readiness.
• Manage channel conflict, enforce governance rules and ensure compliance across the region.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales or ecosystem leadership.
• Proven senior leadership capability with a track record of building and scaling high‑impact partner networks.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring and communication skills.
