Sales Representative – Mobile Storage (Containers)

About the role

Join United Rentals as a Sales Representative in the Mobile Storage (Containers) division, helping to grow the customer base across the Northern Territory by promoting a full range of container hire solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Travel across the Northern Territory to create new relationships and win business with tier‑1, 2 and 3 construction, civil and infrastructure firms.
• Present United Rentals’ points of difference and extensive container hire portfolio to existing and prospective clients.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring equipment and staff meet customer requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction, civil, infrastructure, renewables or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage and retain business while generating new leads.
• Resilient, results‑focused attitude with a confident phone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of client challenges and the ability to empathise with their daily needs.
