Director of Strategy & Business Operations

About the role

The Director of Strategy & Business Operations works within the CEO Office to strengthen operating discipline across TMGM and translate strategic priorities into executable plans. Partnering closely with the CEO and senior leaders, the role provides governance, coordination and execution oversight for company‑wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a company‑wide framework for governing strategic and business‑critical initiatives.
• Translate executive priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, ownership, dependencies, success measures and governance requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, resource constraints and interdependencies, ensuring corrective actions are assigned and followed through.
• Maintain visibility over the portfolio of major initiatives and provide evidence‑based recommendations on sequencing and prioritisation.
• Lead and facilitate cross‑functional coordination across all business functions.
• Clarify ownership, responsibilities, decision rights and hand‑offs where accountabilities are fragmented.
• Identify execution barriers and ensure material issues are resolved or escalated with structured options.
• Provide company‑level governance, coordination, execution oversight and escalation support.
