Director - Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging

About the role

FleetPartners is seeking an experienced business leader to head its Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging vertical, driving strategy, commercial performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the performance of the Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging business, balancing commercial success with operational excellence.
• Own strategy, execution and continuous improvement to ensure sustainable growth, profitability and outstanding customer outcomes.
• Drive collaboration across Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Technology and Finance to achieve shared objectives.
• Act as senior client‑facing representative, building trusted relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify and execute opportunities to strengthen market position through innovation, partnerships and business development.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience within the Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging industry.
• Proven success driving both commercial performance and operational excellence.
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen focused on growth, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading high‑performing teams and driving organisational change.
