Digital Content Producer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Content Producer to join the Media, Marketing & Digital team of the Gold Coast SUNS. In this fast‑paced position you will shape the club’s storytelling across social and digital platforms, delivering premium, fan‑focused video and multimedia content.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, film and edit engaging video pieces covering football, community, commercial and brand stories.
• Produce social‑first assets optimised for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and club‑owned channels.
• Identify and test new content formats and best practices to grow reach and audience engagement.
• Upload and manage video and written assets through the club’s CMS and VMS.
• Maintain the studio space, filming equipment and audio assets.
• Support commercial, consumer and community teams by creating high‑quality content for social ads, sponsor assets, match‑day screens and campaign creatives.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in video and digital content production.
• Strong camera operation and ability to work independently and collaboratively in live, deadline‑driven environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and travel interstate as required.
• Passion for sport, storytelling and digital innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
