Digital and Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist will own the technical execution, optimisation and measurement of digital marketing initiatives across paid media, analytics, SEO and conversion rate optimisation. This hands‑on role drives measurable commercial outcomes through data‑led decision‑making, experimentation and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and Meta platforms, including budgets, bidding, audience targeting and conversion tracking.
• Build and maintain dashboards that surface acquisition, conversion and campaign performance metrics.
• Analyse customer journeys, identify bottlenecks and run A/B testing programmes across digital channels.
• Maintain and enhance SEO performance through keyword strategy, technical improvements and search optimisation.
• Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and related marketing technologies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing, preferably in fintech, payments or SaaS.
• Commercially minded, data‑driven and comfortable testing new ideas to improve acquisition outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Required skills

• Google Ads (including Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and Meta platforms)
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• SEO and technical SEO best practices
• Conversion tracking, attribution modelling and A/B testing
• Data analysis and dashboard creation
