Digital and Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Australian fintech as a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist, working alongside an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager to drive lead generation and optimise customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and Meta platforms, handling budgets, bidding, targeting and conversion tracking.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor acquisition, conversion and campaign performance, and provide regular insights and recommendations.
• Analyse customer journeys, identify bottlenecks and execute A/B testing and experimentation programmes across digital channels.
• Maintain and enhance SEO performance through keyword strategy, technical SEO improvements and monitoring visibility on traditional and AI‑powered search platforms.
• Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and support marketing automation, lead nurturing and lifecycle initiatives.

Required profile

• Commercially minded digital marketer with 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable translating data into clear recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Curious, results‑focused and able to work autonomously while collaborating across marketing, sales, support and development teams.
