Dentist – Regional Queensland Practice

About the role

Join a well‑established 4‑chair dental practice in Roma, Queensland, serving a loyal patient base with limited local competition. You will work alongside an experienced Practice Manager, dedicated dental assistants and an on‑site Prosthetist/Technician.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality general and emergency dentistry, including high‑value treatments.
• Offer full clinical autonomy with opportunities to expand into orthodontics and implants.
• Conduct treatment planning, patient education and maintain clinical records in line with Australian standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical and practice teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Required profile

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication skills with patients and the support team.
• Open to recent ADC graduates or experienced clinicians with a passion for learning and expanding scope.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (visa sponsorship available).

• Orthodontics and implant knowledge (optional but desirable).

• $180,000 base salary plus monthly commission.
