Dental Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking two warm, professional, and experienced Dental Receptionists to join our friendly team at DentalCare Carnegie. You will be the first and last impression for every patient, playing a vital part in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure.
• Manage appointments with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to keep schedules running smoothly and on time.
• Handle administrative tasks such as patient records, data entry, and correspondence.
• Process payments and health fund claims accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient information within the D4W practice management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience.
• Friendly, people‑focused and team‑oriented attitude.
• Confident multitasker with strong communication and initiative.
• Thrives in an authentic, inclusive, and kind work environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) or ability to learn quickly.
