Customer Success Manager – Bilingual English/French

About the role

Odoo is looking for a bilingual Customer Success Manager to be the trusted commercial point of contact for our Australian clients. You will ensure customer satisfaction, drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities while acting as the Odoo sales expert for each account.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 existing clients across Australia.
• Analyse customers' IT projects and act as their Odoo solution specialist.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by recommending the appropriate Odoo packages.
• Demonstrate new Odoo apps, features and version updates to end‑users.
• Negotiate contract renewals, moving customers from monthly to multi‑year subscriptions.

Required profile

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Strong organisational, relational and negotiation skills.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for software products.
• Quick, autonomous learner with full working rights in Australia.
