Customer Service Officer / Duty Supervisor - Darebin Stadiums

About the role

Clublinks is looking for passionate and energetic casual Customer Service Officers and Duty Supervisors to join its team at the Darebin Stadiums (Narrandjeri Stadium and Darebin Community Sports Stadium). The role reports to the Operations Coordinator and works together to deliver the high standards of service and customer experience expected at the facilities. Clublinks is a leisure and community management company managing facilities for local government, private enterprise and tertiary institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the community at the facilities
• Support day-to-day operations, including promoting sports programs, competitions, activities and events at both centres
• Attend to enquiries received and provide information to the community via communication systems
• Use point of sale systems and process transactions
• Carry out general administrative duties

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Availability on Saturdays (essential)
• Current RSA certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• Relevant qualifications including First Aid
• Working with Children check
• Current National Police check
