International Stakeholder Coordinator

About the role

The International Stakeholder Coordinator supports the University's international student recruitment objectives by coordinating education agent partnerships and ensuring best practice in contract administration, compliance and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, International Stakeholder Engagement, the role develops and administers education agent agreements, monitors agent performance and compliance, delivers data-driven reporting and gives specialist advice on contractual and policy matters. It also strengthens recruitment partnerships, supports compliance with the ESOS Framework and helps improve the systems behind the international recruitment strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on contractual and policy matters
• Work with stakeholders across the University to strengthen recruitment partnerships
• Support compliance with the ESOS Framework

Required profile

• Experience in contract administration, compliance or stakeholder management within a complex organisation
• Excellent communicator able to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, taking initiative to improve processes
• Rights to live and work in Australia; mandatory pre-employment declarations and background checks apply

Required skills

• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Experience using reporting systems such as Power BI to interpret data and support evidence-based decisions

What we offer

• Salary package of $100,847 - $116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation
• Full-time, continuing position classified as ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration)
