Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

As a Customer Service Coordinator at UniLodge, the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors, you will create a welcoming, supportive and memorable living experience. You will handle enquiries, coordinate solutions, support move-ins and community initiatives, and build positive, professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, tenants and visitors
• Build strong relationships and proactively assist with enquiries about accommodation, wellbeing and day-to-day living
• Coordinate resident arrivals, departures, inspections and leasing administration
• Partner with maintenance, cleaning, security and contractor teams so issues are resolved quickly
• Support daily property operations through administration, mail management and reception duties

Required profile

• Previous customer service, reception, hospitality, retail or front office experience
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, or willingness to obtain it
• Availability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
