Customer Service Manager

About the role

PROENERGY is seeking a Customer Service Manager to act as the primary interface for assigned customer accounts in Australia. This hybrid service‑delivery and commercial position manages the full lifecycle of contracts, from opportunity development through execution and long‑term service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability from contract turnover to warranty closure.
• Lead internal turnover meetings with Sales, Engineering, Field Services, and Supply Chain.
• Own execution performance across cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate resource planning, material flow, and crew scheduling across multiple projects.
• Monitor productivity and control costs to ensure margin delivery.
• Participate in internal project and execution reviews.
• Act as the primary customer escalation point for complex technical and service issues.
• Drive commercial growth through long‑term service agreements, overhauls, and transactional work.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer relationships in the Australian gas turbine market.
• Strong account ownership mindset with technical credibility.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure delivery excellence.
• Excellent communication and problem‑resolution skills.
