Customer Service Consultant – Residential Support

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to provide first‑class support to our residential customers. You will work in our call centre handling inbound calls, troubleshooting issues and helping customers resolve faults.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from residential customers.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Provide clear, courteous assistance and follow company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Interest in the telco industry (experience helpful but not essential).
• Curiosity about IT and technology.
• Background in customer service or accounts.
• Confident computer skills.
• Willingness to work 8‑hour shifts on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
