About the role

Join O’Brien® Glass, a trusted household name, as a Customer Experience Leader at the Berrimah Automotive Glass Service Centre. You will support the Service Centre Manager and drive exceptional face‑to‑face customer service while leading sales of vehicle accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Offer and sell vehicle accessories to customers.
• Lead customer service and support daily Service Centre operations.
• Communicate lead times and job progress clearly to customers.
• Conduct repair inspections and convert repair opportunities into sales.
• Raise job authorities and invoices using Service Centre systems.
• Assist the Service Centre Manager with operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Experience leading or managing teams in a busy environment.
• Strong communication, resilience and adaptability.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Full Australian work rights.

Required skills

• Solid IT skills, particularly with MS Office.
