Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

FleetPartners is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join its supportive, customer‑focused team. In this phone‑based position you will own enquiries, resolve issues quickly and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise a mix of inbound phone and email customer cases and queries.
• Develop excellent rapport over the phone or face‑to‑face to foster strong customer and internal relationships.
• Identify complex problems, resolve them where possible, or escalate when a solution cannot be achieved.

Required profile

• Experienced customer service professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
• Confident in managing complex queries and delivering outstanding outcomes.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ownership mindset to ensure every customer experience is positive and professional.

Required skills

• Experience in a customer service environment such as a call centre, retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
