About the role

Join Jones Radiology’s Central Bookings Contact Centre in Eastwood, Adelaide, as a Patient Bookings Consultant. You will be a first point of contact, helping patients schedule medical imaging appointments and providing clear, compassionate support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and web requests from patients, referrers and healthcare professionals.
• Book and schedule a range of medical imaging appointments.
• Enter and update patient information accurately across multiple systems.
• Use internal knowledge resources to resolve enquiries and identify the best next step for each patient.

Required profile

• Calm, professional and warm phone manner with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast‑paced, structured environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliability, adaptability and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Confidence using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Good memory retention and ability to apply new information quickly.
