Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.

• Maintain customer records and case notes within ticketing systems.
• Contribute to knowledge‑sharing and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively within a team‑focused contact‑centre environment.

Required profile

• Previous contact‑centre experience handling inbound calls and email enquiries.
• Experience using ticketing or CRM platforms such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Resilience and confidence in handling complex enquiries and complaints.
• A genuine passion for delivering positive customer outcomes.
