Customer Experience Agent

About the role

The Customer Experience Agent at Jack Link's Protein Snacks acts as a critical operational bridge, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional service for customers across Australia and APAC. You will coordinate between Sales, Production, and Logistics while handling proactive engagement and complaint resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate order status, tracking updates and resolve customer queries, complaints and non‑conformance issues.
• Monitor daily EDI interfaces for accuracy, resolve errors and maintain sales order documentation.
• Oversee last‑mile shipments, ensuring all pre‑shipment and invoicing requirements are met.
• Manage GS1 database to keep branded product information accurate and support inventory/stock control.
• Prepare monthly consumer feedback reports and coordinate free‑sample distribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer experience or support team.
• Strong logistics background across multiple transportation modes.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• High emotional intelligence with excellent stakeholder management.
