Consignment Coordinator – Inventory Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Consignment Co‑ordinator to manage consignment inventory, reporting and analytics for its Australian operations. The role acts as the bridge between the sales force, ERP teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate stock levels and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute consignment inventory management processes, including audits, reconciliations and expiry monitoring.
• Provide technical and business process interface between the sales team and ERP (SAP) colleagues.
• Maintain visibility of consignment statuses, detect deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Support sales force with consignment performance indicators, missing IOLs and account opening/closing.
• Generate periodic reports, scorecards and analytics to track consignment performance.
• Serve as Single Point of Contact for incidents and service requests related to the IOL audit tool.

Required profile

• Experience in consignment inventory management or similar supply‑chain functions.
• Ability to analyse stock data, perform reconciliations and support audit activities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with sales, ERP and finance teams.
