Customer Development Manager – Yarrawonga & Wangaratta

About the role

Join Repco as a Customer Development Manager serving the Yarrawonga and Wangaratta area. You will work closely with store managers and trade customers to deliver exceptional sales and service experiences in the automotive aftermarket.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with approximately 150 trade customers.
• Identify customer needs, solve problems through consultation, and drive sales growth.
• Achieve sales and gross‑margin targets for the assigned territory.
• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
• Promote a safety‑first culture, including safe driving and safe handling of equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a KPI‑driven environment.
• Experience in sales or customer management; automotive background preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
