Corporate Store Manager – Woodford

About the role

Join 7‑Eleven as the Corporate Store Manager for a brand‑new store opening in Woodford in mid‑December 2026. You will run the store as if it were your own business, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Delight customers with outstanding service and store standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing store team.
• Maintain a safe, clean and positive store environment.
• Drive store success through KPIs, targets and financial performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness, presentation and operational standards are met.
