Corporate Store Manager – Philip Island

About the role

Join 7‑Eleven as the inaugural Store Leader for our first store on Phillip Island. You will receive training at our Cranbourne South location before taking full ownership of the new store.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing store team.
• Ensure a safe, positive store environment.
• Drive store performance against KPIs, targets and financial goals.
