Corporate Affairs Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and driven Corporate Affairs Coordinator to bring ATCO’s brand, stories and purpose to life. Working across communications, digital content, branding and stakeholder engagement, you will help strengthen the company’s reputation and keep employees connected to its strategy and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish digital content for ATCO’s website, intranet, and social media channels.
• Create visual and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite, photography and videography for internal communications, marketing campaigns, events and stakeholder initiatives.
• Support brand, marketing and community projects such as sponsorships, partnerships and safety awareness campaigns, ensuring consistent brand presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality communications and manage media assets.
• Assist broader Corporate Affairs activities including government relations and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience in corporate affairs, communications, marketing, public relations or branding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
