Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

CO-architecture is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimise paid acquisition campaigns. The focus is on generating high‑quality homeowner leads for architects and designers through Google Ads, Meta Ads and emerging AI‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Search, Performance Max, Display and remarketing campaigns.
• Build campaigns targeting high‑intent searches for architects, interior designers and building designers.
• Conduct keyword research, maintain negative keyword lists and develop audience‑segment strategies.
• Monitor lead quality, improve conversion rates, cost‑per‑lead and overall ROAS.
• Design and execute landing‑page and conversion‑rate testing plans.
• Set up tracking across Google Ads, Google Analytics and related platforms.
• Produce performance reports that highlight lead quality and actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools for ad copy creation, keyword research, creative testing, campaign analysis and workflow automation.
• Explore and evaluate new AI‑powered advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to enhance ad assets.
• Support Meta Ads and other paid channels as needed.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and analytical with a strong sense of ownership for campaign performance.
• Experience in generating qualified leads rather than just traffic.
• Comfortable testing new acquisition channels and staying up‑to‑date with changes in paid media.
