Contract Administrator – Commercial Construction

About the role
Join an established builder delivering major commercial projects across South Australia. You will manage the commercial delivery of projects valued up to $100M, working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor tendering, scope reviews and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements, scopes of work and variations.
- Monitor project costs, commitments and budgets to support effective cost control.
- Manage progress claims, payment schedules, variations and contractual correspondence.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Required profile
- At least four years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction.
- Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
