Site Manager – $5M-$15M Commercial Projects

About the role

Join a well‑established South Australian builder delivering high‑quality commercial and private education projects. As Site Manager you will own the day‑to‑day delivery of new‑build and fit‑out projects valued between $5M and $15M.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery of commercial projects valued $5M–$15M.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel.
• Drive programme, quality, safety and productivity on site.
• Work closely with Project Managers and consultants to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project milestones and resolve on‑site issues.
• Maintain high standards of site presentation and construction quality.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, building regulations and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally in the $5M–$15M range.
• Strong site leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commitment to quality, safety and programme.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach to project delivery.
• Experience in private education projects is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Understanding of construction methodology and programming.
