Consumer Key Account Manager - Pharmacy

About the role

Galderma ANZ is looking for a Key Account Manager to join its Pharmacy team, based in North Sydney. This is a permanent, full-time position with one day per week working from home. The role develops, plans and implements integrated customer activations to drive year-on-year sales and profitable growth, building strong business relationships and expanding reach into new channels and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales growth and trade promotional spend targets for assigned customers
• Own customer forecasting and propose investment levels during annual Brand and Account Planning
• Negotiate and establish account trading terms and ensure compliance with them
• Provide regular performance updates against account KPIs, including scan results, ex-factory tracking and IMS performance
• Manage total trade spend in assigned accounts to targeted investment levels
• Work with a business analyst to monitor promotional effectiveness, analyse ROI and adjust plans
• Prepare customer presentations and reviews and communicate outcomes to the business
• Monitor wholesaler inventory levels and correct shortfalls
• Implement national campaigns at account level with the brand team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG or pharmaceuticals
• Health and beauty, pharmacy and grocery channel experience is ideal but not mandatory
• Management of P&L at customer level

• Proficiency with Circana and IQVIA databases
