Construction Supervisor – Residential Projects (Sydney)

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead the delivery of multiple residential homes across South West and North West Sydney. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while supporting the growth of your construction team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities for several residential builds.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate trades to maintain progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce WHS compliance.
• Maintain accurate construction documentation and reporting using the Framework system.
• Communicate with clients as needed and resolve on‑site issues promptly.

Required profile

• 3–4 years experience as a Construction Supervisor in a project or custom home builder.
• Certificate III in Carpentry (mandatory).
• Either a Certificate IV in Building and Construction or a Bachelor of Construction Management.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving and trade coordination skills.

Required skills

• Carpentry (Certificate III).
• Construction Management qualifications (Certificate IV or Bachelor).
• Proficiency with the Framework project management system.
• Knowledge of WHS standards and site inspection procedures.
