Concierge – Brisbane Airport

About the role

Join SIXT Australia at Brisbane Airport as a full‑time Concierge. You will be the first point of contact for customers returning vehicles, ensuring a smooth and welcoming exit experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers returning vehicles and facilitate an efficient exit process.
• Assist customers with luggage, answer questions and provide prompt service.
• Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and compliance with company standards before the next rental.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster from 6 am to midnight, including weekends and public holidays.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Current provisional or full driver’s licence and legal right to work in Australia.
