F&B Lounge Attendant

About the role

Join Accor’s team at Qantas Lounges in Brisbane Airport, providing complimentary food and beverage service to domestic and international guests on a permanent part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly service to all lounge guests, greeting and farewelling them warmly.
• Maintain clean and tidy service areas, clear and reset tables, and ensure trolleys are stocked with plates, cutlery and glassware.
• Support buffet‑style breakfast, lunch and dinner service, including restocking and polishing cutlery.
• Provide food and beverage tray rounds and individual table service, with no payment required from guests.

Required profile

• Own transport and flexibility to adapt to flight schedule changes.
• Availability for weekday rosters, including Mondays and Tuesdays, with shifts from early morning to late night.
• Passion for food and ability to share travel stories with guests.

Required skills

• Barista experience.
• Experience in bar or fine‑dining service is highly advantageous.
