Compliance Manager (APAC)

About the role

A global risk management and supplier intelligence provider serving defence, energy and financial services clients is expanding into APAC and is looking for an experienced, proactive Compliance Manager on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst and working closely with global quality and security executives, you will maintain, enhance and audit quality and security standards across the Asia-Pacific business, supporting third-party accreditations and client trust.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality management frameworks across APAC, driving compliance with ISO 9001
• Plan and run regular internal audits and prepare quarterly quality performance reports with Group Quality leadership
• Improve security plans and policies so they align with ISO 27001 and Defence Industry Security Program requirements
• Keep up with regional regulatory and standards changes and cyber risk trends, giving leadership clear guidance
• Support global leadership with DISP annual reviews and help internal teams and enterprise clients with compliance queries

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance or governance
• Bachelor's degree; an existing Australian Government security clearance (or willingness to obtain one) is highly advantageous
• Self-starter with attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams locally and globally
• Dedicated part-time hours with flexible, blended hybrid working

Required skills

• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or DISP frameworks
