Community Lead – APAC

About the role

The Community Lead, APAC will build trusted relationships across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem and expand Huntress’s presence in the region. You will shape regional community programs, educate partners, surface insights, and connect high‑potential MSPs with the right internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver community initiatives and special projects aligned with APAC business priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, SDR, and Partner Success to identify strategic partners and ensure program alignment.
• Serve as the internal voice of APAC partners, synthesising feedback for Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Maintain a high‑touch presence at APAC industry events, peer groups, and channel communities.
• Help engage high‑value prospect accounts and bring them into the sales cycle.
• Execute educational events on cybersecurity trends for partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with MSP owners and industry peers.
• Design creative initiatives that drive loyalty and emotional connections.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in community, partner, or field engagement within the MSP or broader channel industry.
• Strong public‑presenting ability on stage, in boardrooms, virtually, and at private events.
• Deep understanding of the MSP/channel business model and cybersecurity landscape.
• Exceptional time and project management skills, able to deliver multiple complex initiatives independently.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time, including 1‑2 trips to the US annually.

Required skills

• Experience working with Managed Service Providers and channel partners.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and solutions.
