Communications Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

Join NAC Media Group, a leading independent agency in Sydney, to manage communications for top luxury fashion and lifestyle brands such as Dior, Saint Laurent, BOSS and Australian Fashion Week. You will translate client objectives into integrated media, social, influencer and cultural programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and delivering high‑standard service.
• Lead planning and execution of integrated PR and communications campaigns from strategy through implementation and evaluation.
• Develop creative, culturally relevant media relations and influencer/KOL strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, reporting and results, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
• Manage media engagement, talent and influencer partnerships, brand activations and event execution.
• Identify opportunities to connect brands with relevant cultural moments across fashion, sport, art, food and lifestyle.
• Support and mentor junior team members while collaborating across the wider team.

Required profile

• 4+ years of account manager experience within a PR agency or relevant in‑house communications role.
• Experience working with fashion, luxury lifestyle or consumer brand communications.
• Confident communicator able to build strong relationships with clients, media and influencers.
• Strategic thinker who can translate objectives into thoughtful communications ideas.
• Strong eye for detail and understanding of premium brand standards.
• Collaborative, hands‑on attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
